Its internet chat list and website, <www.anotherlook.org>dialogue with researchers and those responsible for making recommendations about the feeding of infants born to mothers diagnosed as HIV positive and public presentations. It looks for scientific proof that infectious human immunodeficiency virus is transmitted from mother to baby through breastmilk and clear, published scientific evidence that formula feeding is preferable to breastfeeding for health outcomes of infants born to mothers diagnosed as HIV positive. Also on the site are lists local La Leche League Groups and contacts around the world, so that mothers can find mother-to-mother breastfeeding support meetings. The LLLI site also provides a large collection of breastfeeding and parenting articles and frequently asked questions pages. In addition, it features links to online chats (like an LLL meeting in cyberspace) sponsored by LLLI and a way for mothers to ask breastfeeding questions of accredited LLL Leaders via return email (called Breastfeeding Help Forms). World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) Email: waba@waba.org.my Website: http://www.waba.org.my The WABA website serves as an online advocacy and outreach tool to update and exchange information about breastfeeding particularly on WABA's main initiatives with network partners such as World Breastfeeding Week and the Maternity Protection Campaign. Documents and articles containing actions and ideas to protect, promote and support breastfeeding can be found in the various sections of the website and in different languages.
